Thanks to his low overhead, he is a position to charge a low hourly rate, and conversely an affordable initial retainer. This retainer must be paid before services are tendered. Damir Kouliev securely accepts all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover), through email invoicing, the in-person swipe method, remote manual entry and, for certain services, the online store. He also accepts funds through Paypal, cash, personal check, bank deposit, or any combination thereof.

Areas covered include Hamakua (Papaikou, Laupahohoe, Honokaa, etc), Puna (Keaau, Pahoa, Mountain View, Kurtistown, Volcano, etc), Kohala (Waimea aka Kamuela, Waikoloa, Kawaihae. Hawi, etc), Kau (Naalehu, Pahala, Ocean View, etc) and Kona (Kailua-Kona, Kealakekua, Captain Cook, etc)
